Where is my order?

All our medical bracelets are made to order and sometimes, during busy periods, it may take a little longer than advertised.  We are sorry for any delay if this happens.  Please be assured we have received your order and we are working very hard to get it made and dispatched for you.

I've ordered the wrong sized bracelet, help!

We offer a full resizing service, for a small administration charge of £5.  Please download the Returns/Resize Form
